According to your technical parameters, budget and application conditions, we can select the most suitable qualified manufacturer from our cooperative supplier database. This avoids the problem that a single factory only promotes its own products while ignoring your real needs.

You can provide us with detailed technical specifications, circuit diagrams or related drawings via email, WeChat, WhatsApp, Skype or telephone. You may also contact our sales team at any time for quotations and further information.
Alternatively, send us detailed product parameters, quantity and requirements. We will confirm the quotation, delivery time and relevant terms, then issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI). The order will be processed once you confirm the PI.

Our standard payment term is T/T. For large orders, irrevocable sight L/C can be accepted after evaluation.
For T/T, we usually require 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% to be paid before shipment. All terms are negotiable.

Yes, our electrical products comply with IEC and ANSI standards by default.
Our cooperative factories can manufacture products in accordance with specific IEC/ANSI requirements and provide corresponding test reports and certificates as needed. We can also provide models meeting ANSI/NEMA standards if required.

As an export platform for electrical products, our quality control covers the entire procurement cycle. First, we conduct pre-audit on all cooperative factories to verify their production capacity, qualifications and test reports. During production, we follow up the production progress on your behalf and require factories to strictly manufacture in accordance with the standards you specify, such as IEC/ANSI.
Before shipment, we verify all relevant product documents. Third-party inspection can also be arranged if you require. We will provide a complete set of valid certificates and test reports together with shipping documents.
In addition, we have an operation team in line with total quality management standards to ensure product quality. Every link is carried out in accordance with relevant standards. Photos and videos can be provided for your confirmation if needed.

We provide comprehensive after-sales support for orders.
Our team acts as a bridge between you and the manufacturer, offering technical advice, fault analysis, and troubleshooting guidance.
If any quality-related issues occur within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will work with them to provide technical guidance, supply parts, or other feasible solutions based on the situation. Please note that on-site repair services overseas are not included. We will respond to your after-sales inquiries promptly.
