This JSZW12A-6、10NFR model is a State Grid-standardized, three-phase, five-column indoor voltage transformer designed for 10kV ring network cabinets. It employs a 4PT anti-ferromagnetic resonance design to prevent resonance during system ground faults, ensuring long-term, stable operation. Featuring a primary terminal with a fused American 200A large-diameter elbow plug, it provides 220V power supply, precise voltage measurement, and reliable zero-sequence protection in 50/60Hz AC systems.

Installation Instructions

◇Ensure the 10kV system is completely de-energized and grounded before starting any work.

◇Insert the elbow plug of the transformer firmly into the matching 200A bushing interface on the ring network cabinet until it clicks/locks securely.

◇Connect the secondary wiring (terminals a, n, da, dn) correctly to the corresponding measurement, protection, and power supply circuits as per the schematic diagram.

◇Verify the rating and integrity of the special fuse inside the elbow plug before energization.

◇After installation, perform necessary system tests (insulation resistance, ratio, polarity) and verify protection signal outputs before commissioning.
