Cabinet Structure
The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is assembled from C-shaped profiles. The C-shaped profiles are made of steel plates bent with a modulus of E=25mm for mounting holes. All the cabinet frames and inner partitions are galvanized for purification. The surrounding door panels and side panels are coated with high-voltage electrostatic spray. The basic structure of the cabinet is shown in Figure 1, and the basic dimensions of the cabinet are shown in Tables 1 and 2.

Product Functions
This switchgear is designed for power generation, transmission, distribution, energy conversion, and control of consumption equipment in three-phase five-wire systems (400V, 660V, up to 5000A). It provides centralized power management and protection for applications in utilities, industry, and commercial buildings. Additionally, it supports reactive power compensation for the main busbar via capacitor compensation cabinets, improving overall system efficiency and power quality.
Applicable Environment
It operates reliably in ambient temperatures from -5°C to +40°C (24h average ≤ +35°C), at altitudes up to 2000m, and in clean air with controlled humidity (≤50% at +40°C, up to 90% at +20°C). The unit withstands transportation/storage from -25°C to +55°C, with short-term exposure up to +70°C (≤24h) without irreversible damage. For non-standard conditions or specialized installations (e.g., offshore platforms, nuclear plants), a separate technical agreement is required.
